I accept arms length response ability.
If i encounter a situation and am able to respond yet do not, I change from being response able to responsible.
This feeling initiates guilt quickly replaced by justification….
If i justify something, i voice my unwillingness to take action to change something.
Sometimes this may be valuable. It is only very important to consider its effect. As most often are justifications are only bars we construct ourselves to build our cells.
What does your lack of action communicate to yourself, when in fact you know you could respond in a helpful way?
It tells you, you too are helpless and unable. Otherwise you would have acted.
We must therefore ask ourselves What is our…

If our contribution is nothing?
Or worse yet, if it is negative?
